Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a professional factory for refrigeration product.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located at Hangzhou, China. Near to Shanghai or Ningbo(Around 1 hour if take bullet train)

Q: what size of car freezer do you have?

A: We have 15/32/35/42/42/45/52/60/75/80/95/100/115/125L, and more.

Q: MOQ for the product?

A: Our normal product MOQ is 10pcs. If customer need to buy less than 10pcs, we can also consider. But price will be higher than wholesale level.

Q: Can all of your products be shipped by international courier? How about the cost?

A: Only BCD15 (15L), BCD32 (32L), BCD42 (42L), BCD52 (52L) can arrange shipping by air. But others cannot because they are too big and heavy. The air shipping cost depend on the destinations. Generally is varied from USD $200/pc to USD $350/pc.

Q: What is your sample policy? Will you offer free sample?

A: Because each fridge is not a cheap item, we cannot offer free sample. Usually, customers pay our car fridge samples and ship at the cost of their own. If later set order more than 100pcs, we will refund the sample fridge cost.

Q: What compressor your factory use for the fridges? How about the warranty?

A: We have Germany compressor and Chinese compressor. Both give 3 years warranty.

Q: What about the Lead time?

A: 15-25 working days normally.

Q: What payment terms?

A: T/T 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L , L/C , West Union.
